we cannot ship COD, nor can we accept checks by

PAYING US BY CHECK
We accept payment by check and money order.
Please call us for a quote on the items you wish
to order, and write your quote number and
customer number in the reference line of the
check. We will e-mail you a copy of the quote.
If possible, please print your quote and include
it with the check. Finally, please include your
phone number and shipping address on the quote
or on the check.
Checks will be held for 7-10 business days for

In most cases, we do not charge sales tax. We
are required to charge sales tax to customers
whose shipping address is in California,
because we have a business presence in this

RETURNS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
TRADER KING is a discount massage supply
warehouse. Because we offer such reasonable
prices, most of which are far below the full
retail price, we cannot afford to accept returns
on items that cannot be resold as new. Further,
consumables such as disposable headrest covers,
massage oils, cremes, and lotions, videos are
TRADER KING maintains a 30 day return policy for
returnable items beginning with the date of
delivery, verified through tracking information.
We believe 30 days provides ample time for
product inspection. Defective products, wrong
shipments, or those damaged during shipping will
be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our
option, free of charge of course, unless this
policy is superceded by the manufacturer’s
policy or warranty. Approved returns are subject
to a 15% restocking fee and shipping both ways.
Shipping Insurance is Non-Refundable.
